Skerrit Verses The Airport – Part 1

Dominicans have been for a joy ride on an imaginary international airport for far too long under Roosevelt’s Skerrit-led administration, and it’s time for us to have regional discussions to engage you- the other countries of the Caribbean.

The above photo is a screenshot of a news article from 2013 when Roosevelt Skerrit told Dominicans he had signed a contract with China for the commencement of the construction of the International Airport.

Many of you have been asking how Dominica doesn’t have an international airport after 20 years of one government, yet the people still vote them into office. Don’t worry! We will find out more about Skerrit’s handout strategies as we engage in regional discussions with our different journalists across the region on Caribbean News World, and you shall understand why. The big question is, can Dominica afford an international airport? Your guess is good as mine.
