Local Government is paving the way forward in the Constituency of Babonneau as we take stock of community maintenance in Saint Lucia
Please join the Department of Housing and Local Government in celebrating the formation of the new Babonneau Constituency Council.
The offical swearing-in ceremony was held Wednesday 25th October 2023 at the Babonneau Constituency Council’s Office. At the Swearing Ceremony Parliamentary Representative, Honourable Dr. Virginia Albert- Poyotte reminded the incoming Council that their role as Councillor is to server all in the various communities throughout the large Constituency of Babonneau.
Dr. Cadelia Lane-Ambrose, Permanent Secretary in the Department of Housing and Local Government guided the incoming board on processes and highled areas the Department will support the Babonneau Constituency Council.
